Among these, I have also served as the Treasurer of South Florida Cricket Umpire Association from 2010-2016. From 1996-2000 I was the PR Officer for Florida Windball Cricket League.
I have also contributed financially and provided hospitality for training purposes. Also, provided sponsorships to various tournaments and individual players. Some of the associations are Florida Cricket Academy, Worldwide Cricket Academy, America College Spring Break Championship, and South Florida Windball Cricket League. I also hosted the under 19 Presentation College Chaguanas against a combined South Florida under 19 team.
Together with the City of Lauderdale Lakes and DHL, they were able to introduce cricket to the youths of Lauderdale Lakes Summer Camp. The youths that were interested in learning more about this exciting sport received several years of training and development to further refine their skills. This resulted in many players playing competitive cricket today. To be able to bring the love of cricket to others, is one of my greatest achievements to date.
